- a full legal support service on acquisition of one of the biggest national content providers (including the management of the transaction with option contracts under the Russian law and a warranties and representations clause which later served as a basis for the seller’s reimbursing of additional taxes);
- contributing to the corporate restructuring of one of the biggest national food production holdings (regarding tax, corporate, and competition aspects and currency law in several jurisdictions);
- contributing to corporate restructuring of a big media holding (including tax, corporate and competition aspects);
- protecting the interests of a big developer during a lengthy corporate conflict under a deadlock (including such lawsuits as discovery of corporate documents; expulsion of shareholders; challenging the company’s transactions).
