Mr. Yampolsky graduated from Saint Petersburg State University Law School. He is a member of the Moscow City Bar Association. Mr. Yampolsky has more than 15 years of legal experience consulting both business and private clients across a wide range of legal issues, including family matters (division of property, parental disputes), inheritance (international estate planning), corporate and tax issues.
Mr. Yampolsky represented the interests of his clients in all appeals of arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including the cases of defamation, protection of business reputation, isolated disputes in bankruptcy cases, contract, leasehold, and other obligations disputes.
